  1. Terms of Use <br>This website is operated by Aktai International Limited ("AKWG"). These "Terms of Use" ("Terms") provide basic matters regarding the use of the various services provided on this website ("Services").
    Hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us" is AKWG; "you" is the "consumer" who purchases through this website.
    For purposes of these Terms, any and all persons who use the Services are defined as users (“Users”). These Terms apply to all users of this website.
    Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We may change the terms of service on this website at any time without prior notice. Therefore, please check the website's Terms of Service regularly for any changes. When you use this website, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions.
  2. register
    1. You are required to register with us when using the Services or making an order. By registering, you represent (and we are entitled to rely on) that you are 18 years of age or older and capable of forming a legally binding contract.
    2. When you use our services, you agree to:
      1. Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when completing the registration form; and
      2. Maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure that it is true, accurate, current and complete. We have the right to suspend or terminate your registration if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete.

    1. We are responsible for administering the website, arranging the order processing and fulfilling the goods you order through our website.
    2. When you place an order, you are committing to purchase the goods at the prices specified for those goods. Once you submit your order, you cannot cancel it, even if we have not yet accepted or rejected your order.
    3. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. The confirmation email will provide:
      1. Your order details,
      2. Details of the prices charged,
      3. Your order follow-up information, and
      4. Estimated dispatch and delivery information.
    4. We reserve the right not to accept or cancel an order for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
      1. There is insufficient stock of the goods you ordered;
      2. Delivery to your area cannot be arranged; or
      3. The price stated for one or more of the items you ordered was incorrect due to human or computer error.
    5. If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and will credit your account with any amount we debited your credit card as soon as possible but within thirty days of placing your order. You accept that we are not required to pay any compensation for your dissatisfaction.
  4. Payment
    1. We only accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. All orders will be settled in Hong Kong dollars. When you place an order, you authorize us to charge the credit card you specify for the amount of the goods at the time we accept your order. Title to the goods will not pass to you until payment is received. If your credit card issuing bank refuses to pay or refuses to pay without any reason. Your order will not be processed. We retain legal title to all products until you have paid in full for your order.
    2. If we cancel your order and you have already made any payment we will refund you. You agree and accept that we are not required to pay any compensation for your dissatisfaction.
    3. We use third party payment services to conduct online transactions. When you place an order, you agree and accept that your credit card information will be collected, processed and retained by us and the payment service provider subject to their terms and conditions. You agree and accept that you are solely and exclusively responsible for any losses incurred or incurred by you in connection with your credit card transactions and we shall not be liable for any such losses in whole or in part under any circumstances.
  5. Delivery Service
    1. Orders will be delivered within 3-7 working days after confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding Sundays and public holidays).
    2. A delivery fee of HK$50 will be charged for each delivery. If the order amount (after deducting all discounts) exceeds HK$500, the company will provide free local (Hong Kong) delivery.
    3. Overseas Regions
      1. If you choose to send your order through a courier designated by AKWG, it means that you accept and fully agree that the courier will handle all shipping matters. AKWG will not be held legally responsible for the courier's shipping process and its standard terms and conditions for shipping shipments.
      2. Once we receive your order, we will process your order as soon as possible, which includes 2-3 working days of preparation and packaging. The delivery time of the goods depends on the delivery destination you choose.
      3. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
      4. Your order may be subject to customs clearance, which may cause it to exceed our estimated delivery time. When the goods are delivered to the destination, the local customs will assess the taxes on the package, and you may be responsible for import duties and taxes. All customs clearance costs will be your responsibility, please check with your local customs authorities for details.
      5. When ordering products, the orderer must be aware of the import laws and regulations of the customer's country/region and the products that are prohibited from import. If the ordered products are confiscated in the destination country/region, our company will not be responsible, and our company will not be able to refund the product price and delivery fees to the customer for these reasons.
      6. The company will not be held responsible for any problems with the goods due to customs clearance or if the delivery time is delayed due to customs clearance procedures.
      7. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. The order will be sent to the address you provide. If the address you provide during the order processing is incorrect, or the recipient fails to pick up the package and needs to be re-shipped, we will not be responsible for the additional costs caused by lost or returned packages.
      8. The prices shown on the website are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). All orders will be settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). If you use a credit card that is not denominated in Hong Kong dollars, additional exchange rate charges may apply. Please contact your credit card issuer for detailed charge information.
  6. Return or Exchange
    1. Unless otherwise specified, AKWG will not accept any refunds, returns or exchanges of goods. Please read the return or exchange policy specified for individual products before ordering.
    2. Once an order is submitted, no changes can be made.
      AKWG will only accept product replacement services in the following situations (products must be purchased on the AKWG website):
      The product is damaged during transportation;
      Product quality issues; or the product does not match the purchase order.
      For product replacement requests, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt and attach photos of the product to be replaced. All products requested for replacement must be unopened or unused. Please keep all packaging materials, including original packaging, AKWG boxes, receipts and related gifts. Once we confirm that the product status meets the requirements of the return policy, we will notify you of the return application as soon as possible. Only one free exchange is provided per order.
      When the product is returned to AKWG, we will inspect and verify the return. AKWG will process the product exchange request within 10 days after receiving it.
      In case of any disputes, AKWG reserves the right to make the final decision.
    3. You agree and accept that product exchange is subject to stock availability.
    4. You agree and accept that whether or not to accept a return or exchange of goods is at our sole discretion. Under no circumstances will we accept returns directly to us or be responsible for damages incurred by you for any reason.
  7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
    1. AKWG will do its best to ensure that this website can provide you with detailed product descriptions, but we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions and other content on this website are complete or error-free.
      All users will use this website at their own risk and discretion, and AKWG assumes no responsibility for any results of using or reliance on such information.
    2. You agree that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Although we strive to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to us. Any information you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk.
    3. You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and laws, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits for purchasing products from our website. We make no representations and accept no responsibility regarding the export or import of goods you purchase.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights <br>The intellectual property rights in all content, user content, design, text, images and other material on our website are owned, controlled or licensed by us. Any unauthorized use without prior written approval is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos used in our website are our property or the property of their respective owners.     The contents of this website may not be copied or reproduced, modified, transmitted, used or otherwise processed in any circumstances. Under no circumstances may you use the content of this website for commercial purposes.

    3. disrupt or interfere with the operation of our website or the servers or networks used to run our website; or violate any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of such networks;
    4. transmit or distribute to our website any viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other computer code that is harmful or invasive or that may or is intended to damage the operation of or monitor the use of any hardware, software or equipment;
    5. reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purpose any part of our website (including applications or software) or any use of or linking to our website;
    6. modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of our website (including any application or software);
    7. frame or reproduce any part of the Website without our prior written consent;
